Motherhood Is a Beautiful Time, But It Comes with Challenges
The most common questions I get from women in my practice are, “Why is this so hard? What is wrong with me?” It’s normal to feel nervous in anticipation of taking the best care of your newborn, and there is nothing wrong with that. But it isn’t easy!
And it isn’t impossible either. While you may feel the pressure to be the perfect mother, that doesn’t mean you have to completely lose yourself to become the best mama you can be. It is all about finding the right balance between your life now, and providing the best environment for your baby and your family. Wouldn’t it be great to have a guide that can take that pressure off your shoulders?
Toughing it out is not the answer, and can increase your risk of getting Postpartum Depression (PPD). There is so much information out there about how to be a good mom, but not how to be a happy mom.
That is why I created the Motherhood Survival Manual Masterclass.
This Course is Based on Practical, Proven, and Effective Strategies
As a family doctor for over 25 years, a perinatal psychotherapist for the last 13 years, and a mom of two, I have discovered predictable pitfalls, problems, and internal conflicts that come up during motherhood. After helping hundreds of patients, I have learned there is no “One Size Fits All” approach to motherhood. You will have access to multiple strategies for each parenting struggle, so you find what is the best for you and your baby. Postpartum depression is a possible reality, but together, we can make motherhood the best adventure in your life.

Changes after a baby are normal. I’ll explain how they can affect your identity, mindset, and brain structure, so you can understand exactly what you are going through - and why. Identifying what you are going through makes it easier to make adjustments for a successful pregnancy and motherhood journey with your newborn.
Skills and Strategies to Prevent PPD
This module will detail a schedule for specific steps to take so you can enjoy motherhood to the fullest. Get better sleep, reduce stress, and create the support you need.
Avoid Early Pitfalls and Traps
After treating hundreds of women suffering from PMAD/PPD, I have figured out distinctive potholes in the motherhood road trip. Find out how these parenting potholes can affect you and your family, and uncover proven methods to avoid unnecessary struggles.
Sleep, Colic, and Crying - Disarming Potentially Volatile Situations
Use the skills you learned in Module Three to tackle The Big Three: sleep, colic, and crying. Learning to combat these challenges will make it easier to avoid PPD or a strained relationship with your partner.
Request Backup When You Need More
Get guidance to find additional support for your newborn. I have created a section dedicated to your partner to master important parenting skills that nurture both you and your baby. This module includes a written prescription you can give to your partner so you can get the sleep you need.
Prevent Perinatal Anxiety and Depression
Anxiety and depression can both deplete you of already scarce energy. Now that you are armed with the knowledge from previous modules, you have the tools to reduce your worry levels and produce a positive and healthy environment for when your newborn arrives!

“Dr. Zechowy’s support and guidance helped me to feel like there was hope again. She gave me the tools I needed to get to the other side of my depression and for my kids to have their mommy back. Forever grateful for her.”
"Dr. Zechowy helped me and my spouse form a plan during my third pregnancy because of my history of PPD that educated and equipped us to prevent the situations that were likely to lead to another hard postpartum. I am 6 months postpartum and confident the plan we've followed is why I'm having the best of my three experiences."
“Thanks to Dr. Zechowy’s practical and personalized guidance, my 3rd postnatal experience was my first, and only, in which I did not experience postpartum depression/anxiety and even found joy in a very challenging season.”
“Dr. Zechowy’s program is an essential asset for any mom. Whether you are expecting your first baby or fourth- her tools are invaluable for managing the emotions that accompany the post partum period and beyond. I have gone through the program twice, after each of my pregnancies, and continue to learn new ideas and techniques from her teachings.”
Meet Your Instructor
Dr. Jill Zechowy, M.D., M.S., is a leading expert in the field of perinatal health, with a focus on the treatment and prevention of perinatal depression and anxiety. After finishing medical school over 25 years ago, Dr. Jill started working in family medicine. Some of her patients were pregnant women looking for guidance, struggling with anxiety and depression. After having two kids of her own and living through similar experiences to her patients, Dr. Jill went back for more schooling for a Master’s in Counseling psychology, graduate training in perinatal psychotherapy, honing her concentration on perinatal care. After years of research, Dr. Jill’s mission came to life: to guide mothers like you through the stages of pregnancy, birth, and caring for your newborn by using proven techniques that help combat perinatal mood anxiety and depression (PMAD).
